We received an emergency call from this home owner about her roof leaking. We were out there that same day the home owner called. The home owner is an Irving ISD teacher so we understand that teachers are greatly underpaid for all that they do. We did this repair at a real affordable price since we had a lot of left over material. Reason being for the vent not being brown and the shingles not being the exact color. Roof is approximately 10 years old but doesn’t show sign of hail damage so we came to the conclusion that it’s still not the right time to call it in for a hail claim, but when it’s ready, we hope the home owner keeps us in mind when it’s time to replace the entire roof! :)
