Our turn around time for estimates can vary from on the spot estimates to 1-2 business days. The more complex the job the longer it might take us to get you an estimate.

We will present you with the finalized contract and as soon as the contract is signed we will get started on gathering permits, and any other paperwork needed to get started on the work.

The fun part begins! We finally get started on your project. Right when we’re about to start on your project you will receive a link to your project where we will be uploading progress pictures of your project :)

Once all the work has been completed and Morales Roofers has been paid in full, your warranty with us will be registered in our system and you will receive a certificate via e-mail or mail, which ever method you prefer. The process is standard for both our standard workmanship warranty and our enhanced workmanship warranty. Your roof will also be registered in the corresponding shingle manufacturer system.
STORM DAMAGE?
The North Texas weather is unpredictable. Every year we get some sort of storm coming through, whether it’s hail, wind or water related damages. Our team here at Morales Roofers is here to walk you though all steps involved when dealing with your insurance company.
OUR TURNKEY INSURANCE RESTORATION PROCESS

A certified Morales Roofers project manager will inspect your property for damage.
Your inspector will look at your roof from its exterior and its interior, and he or she will check for leaks that need to be stopped immediately.

Your personal project manager will help you file a new claim with the insurance company.
He or she can answer any questions about your roof and explain its damage in detail to your insurance company.

Your insurance company will send an adjuster to your property to confirm the damage. Your Morales Roofers project manager will be there to ensure you are properly represented. It is our goal to work with the adjuster to confirm all damages are covered on the insurance claim.

After you receive your insurance paperwork, your project manager will review the items to ensure everything outlined by the insurance carrier matches the necessary description needed to restore to its pre-storm condition or better. If there are any discrepancies, your project manager will get clarification through you and your insurance company.

Your Morales Roofers project manager will coordinate with you to schedule your new roof installation, and will complete all work outlined on the most updated insurance scope of work.
In this step we will walk you through new industry upgrades and present you products you might want installed instead of the out dated roofing components you might have had before.

Once the work has been completed Morales Roofers will be submitting a final invoice to your insurance carrier a long with before and after pictures of all the work that was performed on your property. Once they have received our final invoice they will then release what is known as “final depreciation”, if applicable. The depreciation amount will be the final amount owed to us and we will then release your warranty paperwork.
Unexpected roof damage is the last thing anyone wants to deal with, but when it does happen, you want to be ready. Your roof can be damaged by a number of different things; hurricanes, storms, strong winds, fires, falling tress and even wildlife. Not every damaged roof needs to be completely replaced. We take pride in being fully transparent with our customers about the status of their roof.

THE STORY.
The Morales Roofers story began with three ambitious brothers from Mexico, determined to make their mark in North Texas. Fueled by the ambition of achieving their version of the American Dream and working hard for it, they honed an expertise in roofing- taking on jobs both big and small - driven by a determination that would soon prove worthwhile.
